Join ADP for a dynamic career track in line management involving movement across multiple functions (e.g. client service, operations, implementation, and sales). ADP’s Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP) provides high potential individuals with a combination of stretch assignments, development, coaching and mentoring. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be positioned to assume a domestic or international leadership role in one of ADP’s growing business units.

Program Highlights

GLDP is centered on three key elements-challenging rotational assignments, leadership support, and hands on coaching and development. These three elements will be the foundation for your success in GLDP.

  • Challenging Rotational Assignments: You will receive opportunities to rotate across different functions, geographies, business units and various business situations (e.g. start-up, realignment, sustaining success and turnaround). These assignments will stretch and develop your skills and prepare you for taking on progressively more challenging responsibilities within a line management career path.
  • Leadership Support: ADP is committed to providing you with leadership support that will help you navigate successfully through the program. This consists of support from senior management, your host manager, your assigned talent manager and mentor.
  • Coaching/Development: As a participant in GLDP, you will be assigned a talent manager who will provide coaching that will focus on your strengths and leadership potential and work closely with you as you take on more challenging responsibilities.

A blended developmental approach, consisting of stretch assignments, feedback, coaching, and training, will develop the skills, knowledge, and abilities you need to succeed now and in the future. Together with your GLDP sponsors, you will set goals, monitor and evaluate your performance, receive feedback, and discuss any changes you may need to make to improve your performance and accelerate your development.
