Community Outreach
At ADP, we're grateful for who we are and how great we have it. Which is why we are an active part of the communities in which we thrive. Giving back is as important as our business imperative, and we do so in a myriad of ways. Many of the organizations we work with include:
American Heart Association
As part of ADP efforts to partner with the American Heart Association, employees participate in Go Red for Women day, an annual effort to raise awareness of Cardiovascular disease.
World Class Community Service Program
Created by ADP, this program provides a structure in which associates can volunteer their time to give back to worthy causes and organizations within their local communities.
Special Olympics
Each year, ADP is proud to sponsor the Special Olympics Games, giving an opportunity for children and adults with developmental disabilities to showcase their athletic abilities.

Each year, our Mid West Diversity Council partners with Chicago Cares. ADP associates join with thousands of others in a day of service to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream.
Caring for people in need is just one way that ADP associates contribute to help others. From local food banks, to holiday toy donations, we share ourselves with our communities.
