Laurie Eldridge, Corporate Vice President and General Manager of GlobalView^®, is a 24 year veteran of ADP. Ms. Eldridge is a proven growth leader with an ability to create high performing service environments. She previously led ADP Tax & Financial Services to deliver double digit top and bottom line growth, expand offshore operations for multiple business functions, and launch new services such as PayCard. As Corporate Vice President & General Manager of GlobalView, she leads ADP’s strategic growth efforts with GlobalView, our human resources outsourcing offering for large multinational organizations.

Greg Secord
General Manager, ADP GlobalView Americas
Division Vice President, Marketing & Strategy – Multinationals & GlobalView

Greg Secord is General Manager, GlobalView Americas and the Division Vice President in charge of Marketing and Strategy for ADP Multinationals and GlobalView. In his fourteen year career with ADP, he has managed ADP National Account Services Sales and led Marketing and Strategy for ADP’s large employer HR, Payroll, Benefits and Employer Services International businesses. In 2009, he began leading Multinationals and GlobalView Marketing & Strategy and assumed responsibility as General Manager of GlobalView Americas with responsibility for GlobalView operations in the North America and South America regions. Prior to joining ADP, he had successful sales careers at both Xerox and Canon in Canada. He has a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.

Franck Neron-Bancel
Division Vice President & Managing Director, Global Accounts

Franck Neron-Bancel shapes ADP’s governance model to support its most strategic clients and is directly involved with our largest accounts from initial contract negotiation through service delivery. He helped develop the ADP footprint as well as the relationship between ADP and SAP as part of his International Business Development responsibility. Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Neron-Bancel was the UK Managing Director of the Facilities Management division of General de Services Informatiques (GSI), a leading European IT services organization acquired by ADP.

Hans Jansen
Division Vice President, Multinational Sales

As head of Multinational Sales, Hans Jansen is responsible for building on ADP’s strong record of growth in the global employer services marketplace and leads the Sales team in positioning ADP solutions with multinational organizations. Since joining ADP in the Netherlands in 1999, he has served in roles of progressive responsibility heading up the Services and Sales organizations. He most recently served as Vice President, Multinational Sales - Europe. Previous experience includes an extensive background in management consulting.
