1. How will I benefit from the ADP Global Network?
The ADP Global Network enables you to confidently choose a human resources/payroll provider - even in countries where you have little or no experience with companies of this kind. You'll feel assured knowing that each partner in our Network has been carefully chosen for its local and regional expertise.

Furthermore, your ADP Global Account Manager will work with you to understand your requirements before coordinating your account with a partner in our ADP Global Network. Then we'll act as your single point of contact—managing your implementation and assisting with your ongoing needs.

2. How can I find out if there's an ADP office or an ADP partner in the countries where my company is located?

3. Will ADP be involved in the implementation of each of my sites within your Network?
Yes. We'll assign an ADP Global Project Coordinator to oversee the implementation of each of your sites - whether they are serviced by ADP or by an ADP Global Network partner. Once the Coordinator fully understands your issues and requirements at each venue, he or she will provide the essential continuity needed to get your ADP Global Solution up and running smoothly, accurately and on schedule.

4. Who should I contact if I have a service issue with an ADP partner?
Each ADP partner is chosen in part because of its reputation for client service. Should you have any issue with a provider in the ADP Global Network, contact them first. If for some reason you are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion, please notify your ADP Global Account Manager. ADP will do its best to intervene on your behalf in order to effect a prompt and fair resolution.

5. What if there's no ADP office or ADP partner in the country where I have employees?
ADP is continually working to extend its network in regions where there is demand. If you have not been able to locate an ADP office or partner in an area where you require service, click here to contact us.

6. My company is expanding rapidly. Will ADP be able to continue to help us as we add employees in new countries?
Your ADP Global Account Manager is always happy to discuss your ongoing needs. He or she will coordinate service in your new locations as well as recommend the best solutions available in those countries.

7. Who do I contact if I want to change, upgrade or add services to my ADP Global Solution?
Your ADP Global Account Manager is your single point of contact for any changes or additions you need to make to your service - in any location.

8. Will ADP and its partners offer the exact same service in each country?
Because employment regulations and procedures vary widely from country to country, your human resources and payroll solutions may vary as well. You'll be provided with a solution customized to meet the needs of each of your specific locations. And of course, each site is supported by local client service from ADP or its Network partner.

11. I am a U.S. based company and have payrolls in multiple countries; can all my payrolls be processed from my headquarters in the U.S.?
Payroll Processing varies from country to country. Each region has their unique software package and this cannot be interfaced among regions.

12. Is there a global discount for using ADP services in multiple countries?
Global Discounts apply for accounts within our Global Business Program. The Global Business Program is tailored to meet the needs of multi-national companies with high volume employee counts in several of our ADP countries.

13. What is the average length of time to implement an international payroll for small companies?
As each country varies in legislation and government, so will the time it takes to implement payrolls. If you meet the country's requirements such as, opening a local bank account, registering your company and in some cases having a local representative present in the country, your implementation time will surely be greatly reduced. After all requirements have been adhered to, the average time is 30 days.

Once your contact form is submitted, most clients are contacted within (1) week.

15. If I only have (1) employee in one or more countries, will ADP or a Global Network Partner still process my payroll?
Yes, if ADP has operations or partners in that country.
