Furthermore, your ADP Global Account Manager will work with you to understand your requirements before coordinating your account with a partner in our ADP Global Network. Then we'll act as your single point of contact—managing your implementation and assisting with your ongoing needs.

2. How can I find out if there's an ADP office or an ADP partner in the countries where my company is located?

3. Will ADP be involved in the implementation of each of my sites within your Network?
Yes. We'll assign an ADP Global Project Coordinator to oversee the implementation of each of your sites - whether they are serviced by ADP or by an ADP Global Network partner. Once the Coordinator fully understands your issues and requirements at each venue, he or she will provide the essential continuity needed to get your ADP Global Solution up and running smoothly, accurately and on schedule.

4. Who should I contact if I have a service issue with an ADP partner?
Each ADP partner is chosen in part because of its reputation for client service. Should you have any issue with a provider in the ADP Global Network, contact them first. If for some reason you are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion, please notify your ADP Global Account Manager. ADP will do its best to intervene on your behalf in order to effect a prompt and fair resolution.

Because employment regulations and procedures vary widely from country to country, your human resources and payroll solutions may vary as well. You'll be provided with a solution customized to meet the needs of each of your specific locations. And of course, each site is supported by local client service from ADP or its Network partner.

Payroll Processing varies from country to country. Each region has their unique
software package and this cannot be interfaced among regions.

multi-national companies with high volume employee counts in several of
our ADP countries.

13. What is the average length of time to implement an international
payroll for small companies?
As each country varies in legislation and
government, so will the time it takes to implement payrolls. If you meet
the country's requirements such as, opening a local bank account,
registering your company and in some cases having a local representative
present in the country, your implementation time will surely be greatly
reduced. After all requirements have been adhered to, the average time is
30 days.
