* All free payroll applies to new SBS Clients with 1-49 employees and will not exceed $2,500 in the aggregate for any one client, excludes pass through costs including but not limited to courier fees and other delivery fees, hardware, or penalty and interest fees due to inaccurate or late filings as well as errors in processing that in each such care were not caused by ADP. Society member CPA firms that become Clients and wish to receive free payroll must be set up for DDF as the payment method.
** ADP will provide a 10% discount toward the book price of ADP’s standard RUN Powered by ADP® payroll platform processing services to clients of society member CPA firms that become new SBS clients with 1-49 employees and that are not practicing CPA firms. New clients must be set up for Direct Debit of Fees as the payment method.
