Is ADP TotalSource a certified PEO?
Yes, ADP TotalSource has met all the rigorous background, financial and reporting requirements set by the IRS. This certification ensures financial protections and tax benefits to TotalSource clients that users of non-certified PEOs do not necessarily receive. ADP TotalSource helps ensure your federal employment taxes are paid.
Which platforms does ADP TotalSource integrate with?
TotalSource has pre-built, secure integrations and data connectors with over 300 business software applications and leading payroll, HR and financial systems. ADP can also create a custom API (or integration) if you need data integration with a system we don’t already integrate with.
How easy is it to implement ADP TotalSource?
We make it easy by working with you every step of the way. First, you’ll assign a team member from your end to partner directly with us. We’ll take care of all the heavy lifting, but we want to make sure you’re staying close throughout the process, overseeing setup and system tests. On average, this amounts to a time commitment of about one hour per day for the first few weeks.
From there, you’ll meet your dedicated ADP Human Resources Business Partner, who will take you through the different ways we can help you manage your workforce across benefits, compliance, training, hiring, retention, and more. You'll also learn about the experts and specialists across many disciplines working behind the scenes for you. You can expect to be up and running with TotalSource in a few weeks.
What kind of qualifications or certifications does my HRBP have?
ADP's HRBPs are credentialed HR professionals with extensive experience, plus at least one highly relevant certification in Human Resources management, such as:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)

How does ADP TotalSource have my back?
We stand by our guidance and, to help protect your bottom line, we provide every ADP TotalSource client with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), which provides coverage for covered wrongful employment practices including discrimination, wrongful termination, and harassment. ADP TotalSource clients are not required to carry their own EPLI policy. We've got you covered.
