Muhammad Fahmy

Senior Vice President and General Manager, ADP® Comprehensive Services

Muhammad joined Comprehensive Services as SVP/GM in June 2020, driving both sales growth and double-digit revenue growth for ADP. In his role, Muhammad partners with Sales, Global Products Technology (GPT), Finance and his Operations team to keep the organization focused on the client and associate experience. Under his leadership, the business unit has experienced marked improvements in the following three key areas: revenue retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and overall associate engagement.

Muhammad has been with ADP for 21 years, beginning his career in Small Business Services (SBS) and moving through positions of increasing responsibility in SBS, Major Account Services (MAS) and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO). Over his tenure with ADP, his roles have spanned across Service, Sales, Sales Operations, Implementation and Executive Leadership.

His focus on service has shaped his approach to work and life – always centered on creating exceptional client and associate experiences by building teams who “feel like family.” Muhammad empowers teams to accelerate business growth by driving sales performance, enhancing client retention and simplifying operations and processes.

An advocate for victims of domestic violence, Muhammad regularly volunteers and serves on the board of Wafa House, a non-profit shelter for victims of domestic violence. He was also the captain for ADP’s first “Cycle for the Cause” team.

Muhammad earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Political Science from Rutgers University. He currently resides in Milton, Georgia and works out of the Alpharetta, Georgia office.
