Muhammad Fahmy

Senior Vice President and General Manager, ADP TotalSource®

In his role with ADP TotalSource, Muhammad Fahmy oversees one of the nation’s largest professional employer organizations (PEO), providing clients with full-service HR, including benefits, payroll, compliance, talent strategies, a dedicated HR professional and more.

Before stepping into this role in September 2024, Fahmy served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of ADP® Comprehensive Services, a market-leading HR outsourcing solution. He led this business through a transformative period that resulted in record setting revenue, client retention and Net Promoter Score results. 

During his more than 20 years with ADP, Fahmy has served in a variety of roles. He began his career as a customer service representative and moved through positions of increasing responsibility, including small business sales, sales operations and implementation.

His focus on service has shaped his approach to work and life – always centered on creating exceptional client and associate experiences by building teams who “feel like family.” Fahmy empowers teams to accelerate business growth by driving sales performance, enhancing client retention and simplifying operations and processes.

An advocate for victims of domestic violence, Fahmy serves on the board of Wafa House, a non-profit shelter for victims of domestic violence, founded by his mother.

Fahmy holds Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Political Science from Rutgers University.
