Lori Hardwick is Vice President of the Field Support organization for ADP’s Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business supporting ADP TotalSource®, the largest professional employer organization (PEO) in the United States, and ADP® Comprehensive Services, a market-leading HRO solution. In this role, she focuses on the 360-degree experience for more than 20,000 clients, those clients’ 2 million employees, and more than 5,000 ADP associates.

With more than 25 years of experience in both regulated and unregulated industries, Lori began her ADP career with ADP TotalSource in 2007 and over the last 17 years, has served in various roles of increasing scope and responsibility. Most recently, she served as General Manager for the ADP TotalSource South Market where she led the Service and Implementation teams supporting over 3,500 clients. The market achieved many accomplishments, including significant growth, client retention and NPS goals. Lori is known as a strengths-based and results-driven leader who is passionate about making sure ADP is the envy of the industry.

Lori earned her Bachelor of International Studies and Russian from Miami University. In addition, she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Project Management Certification from Regis University.

Lori proudly champions causes for which she is passionate. Beyond her primary role, she served as the chapter President and Board of Director for two ADP Business Resource Groups, iWIN and Inspire. She is also a member of ADP’s Global IDEB Impact Council.
