I trust that what ADP does is accurate because they’re the compliance experts. Knowing they help us maintain compliance takes that worry off my plate

Challenges

  • The payroll process was complicated and reliant on external accountants, leading to inefficiencies and extra costs
  • Employees had limited access to their payroll information, creating a lack of transparency around payments
  • Compliance with evolving payroll regulations was challenging without adequate HR support

How ADP Helped

  • The partnership between SAUCE Miami and RUN Powered by ADP® has empowered employees and helped streamline payroll processes. This has enabled them to focus on delivering outstanding service while ensuring that payroll management is both accurate and transparent.

ADP Solution

  • RUN Powered by ADP®

Starting the partnership with ADP

When Laura joined SAUCE Miami in 2022, one of her first recommendations was to switch from QuickBooks to RUN Powered by ADP® (RUN). Previously the company was using QuickBooks payroll and had to pay their accountants extra to process their payroll each pay period.

Because Laura had ADP experience from her previous HR role, she knew that payroll could be processed more reliably with ADP. "Employers don’t understand the value of ADP until they have someone that works in HR and can show them the difference between using just QuickBooks and using ADP,” says Laura.
