This year, we celebrate five years of the ADP Women at Work virtual summit, which brings together accomplished leaders and industry experts to share insights and practical approaches that make a lasting workplace impact. The May 7 summit will carry forward the tradition of exploring topics that matter most at work today, including what's next for leadership and how to prepare, AI, workforce skills and more.
Here are the sessions we've lined up for you this year:
Empowering the future: Trust and human-centric innovation in technology
In the opening session, Maria Black, president and CEO, ADP, and Nancy Brown, CEO, American Heart Association, will focus on prioritizing people and trust during an era of rapid technological advancement. You'll learn to nurture talent-centric approaches and a culture of dependability to achieve desirable business outcomes during times of disruption and change.
From gaps to gains: Creating a personalized skills development strategy
Our second session will feature Asal Naraghi, global innovation leader, ADP, and Kyle Lagunas, head of strategy and principal analyst, Aptitude Research, in conversation about workforce skills. They'll discuss the current state of skills development and skills gaps, as well as strategies for skills development programs.
Preparing leaders for the next quarter century
Planning for the future is harder when the number of variables increase or are less predictable than in the past. In this session, our panel of leaders and leadership experts will share tips on how to prepare current and future leaders for whatever comes next.

Achieving greatness: Winning strategies for work and life, featuring Mel Robbins
This year's keynote speaker is Mel Robbins, creator and host of the award-winning The Mel Robbins Podcast and #1 New York Times bestselling author. Robbins will share stories about her approach to growth and delve into her Let Them Theory, the subject of her bestselling book of the same name. Joining Robbins will be Laura Brown, president, Major Account Services and ADP Canada, ADP.
