Amy Freshman

Amy Freshman, SHRM-SCP, is the Senior Director of Global HR for ADP. She has held multiple roles with the company through her nearly three decades of service, beginning with 17 years in the sales organization. Amy joined ADP's HR organization in 2012 to lead the flexible work arrangement program, and in 2017, she took on the added responsibility of leading HR activity related to ADP's mergers and acquisitions efforts. In addition to her job-related responsibilities, Amy is repeatedly asked to lead critical, global events across ADP, such as the annual Month of Wellness. In February 2021, she furthered her education and achieved the SHRM-SCP certification and has accepted the appointment to the Women in Leadership Advisory Committee at the University of Vermont, Grossman School of Business. Externally, Amy writes articles, speaks on podcasts and collaborates with colleagues with HR thought-leading organizations such as BenefitsPro and HR Morning. In December 2022, along with a dozen HR leaders in the industry, she was invited to be a part of HR.com's Advisory Board to help drive direction on remote and hybrid work, thought leadership and best practices.
