Deb Hughes

Deb Hughes joined ADP in 1988 and has spent over 30 years in field and enterprise-wide HR roles helping ADP leaders achieve overall growth and accomplish their business objectives. She currently serves as SVP, Transformation Communications and Change Management, and is responsible for providing HR support to the Global HR organization, coordinating internal communication efforts to support ADP's transformation, and leading the global change leadership initiative. Deb earned a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Communications from Rutgers University and her Senior Professional in HR Certification in 2003. She is a Qualified Practitioner in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator training. She is also a board member of P.G. Chambers School, whose mission is "discovering the unique potential with every child," serving 11 communities within New Jersey.
