Adolfo Aguirre

Adolfo Aguirre is a director of client experience in ADP's Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) group. As an inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging (IDEB) expert, he is responsible for working with ADP's National Account Services (NAS) clients and prospects to provide consultative services around culture, employee network groups, diverse talent recruiting, IDEB training and general inclusive practices. Aguirre has been part of the IDEB space for over eight years and has served on the boards of directors of the Orlando Diversity Council, as president; the Georgia Diversity Council, as president; the Multicultural Food and Hospitality Association and the National Hispanic Corporate Council. He holds multiple IDEB-related certifications from Cornell University, the National Diversity Council and the University of South Florida, as well as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) certification from AIRS®.
