Drew Lewis

Drew Lewis is the Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging at ADP Inc., and is responsible for leveraging and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) principles to drive measurable business outcomes. Incrementally, he has global responsibility for the oversight of ADP's ten business resource groups (BRGs), which include 15,000+ employee members. Lewis was previously the Division Vice President of Business Development and Partner Integrations for the ADP Marketplace. He has spent his career acquiring expertise across multiple disciplines, including corporate ventures, new business development, cross-functional team leadership, financial analysis, and software-as-a-service (SaaS). Immediately prior to joining ADP, Lewis worked for Air Products and Chemicals Inc. in several roles including corporate development and marketing. He earned a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Kate, have two sons and a daughter.
