Jason Goroff Program Manager, Military Recruitment ADP Recruitment Process Outsourcing (ADP RPO®) Jason Goroff manages the Veteran Recruiting Program for ADP RPO, helping clients create and execute strategies to find, hire and retain military veterans. Prior to joining ADP, he was with First Data Corporation where he helped stand up the veteran and military spouse program that has been rated number one in the country two years in a row. He was also a Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for supporting multiple lines of business. Jason has fourteen years of military service in the U.S. Army and understands the difficulty in transitioning from the armed forces to the civilian workforce.
