Doug Politi

Doug Politi is the president of compliance solutions at ADP, a senior executive who has experience in casting strategic visions, creating strong growth/sales orientations and operating experience across various products and markets. He has led various divisions to significantly improved growth and financial performance. In previous roles at ADP, Doug was the general manager for the Retirement Services Division which processed 401(k) plans for over 30,000 clients. Prior to that, Doug was responsible for Strategy and Business Development at ADP's Brokerage Unit.
