Michael Smith

Michael A. Smith, CPA, is the Director of Tax, Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at ADP. He actively participates in ADP's corporate initiative to establish strategic alliances with key business partners to deliver expanded service offerings that are complementary to ADP's Tax Credit Services business unit. Michael has extensive knowledge of both statutory credits and negotiated incentives for expanding companies nationwide across various industry sectors, including an in-depth knowledge of the expanded Research & Development Credit under the P.A.T.H Act of 2015.
