Jens Audenaert
Jens Audenaert, DVP/GM, WorkMarket: Jens joined ADP in 2013 as Vice President Strategy & Innovation in SBS, and subsequently was DVP/GM at ADP Ventures from 2015 to 2017. At ADP Ventures, Jens drove ADP's initiatives around the gig economy and drove the acquisition of WorkMarket, where he is now the GM. He is responsible for integrating WorkMarket into the ADP ecosystem and driving ongoing business operations and results. He is based at WorkMarket's headquarters in New York City. Jens was ADP Pride's Chair from 2014 to 2019. Under his leadership, he significantly grew the volunteer leadership team and programming, leading to a more than 20-fold increase in membership. He now serves as ADP Pride's Executive Sponsor. Jens is President of the Board of Directors of Reaching Out MBA, a nationwide non-profit that looks to inspire, educate and connect LGBTQ MBA applicants, students and alumni. He also serves on the Board of Directors of God's Love We Deliver, a (non-religious) non-profit which started during the HIV/AIDS outbreak in New York City and today prepares and delivers over 7,000 meals daily for ill people in need in the New York metropolitan area, providing tailor made meal plans for over 200 diagnoses. Prior to ADP, Jens spent 10 years as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company in Europe, Asia and the US. Jens holds an MA in Economics from Ghent University (Belgium), an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he received the Dean's Award.
