Dianne Greene
Dianne Greene (pron: "Dee-Ann") currently serves as Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Strategy and Operations. In this role, Dianne leads associate, client and talent market activation strategy. She extends D&I thought leadership to ADP products, clients and partners. As a member of the D&I senior leadership team, Dianne is helping design and operationalize a five-year vision for diversity, equity and inclusion globally. Through more than15 years at ADP, Dianne has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in Small Business Services (SBS), Major Account Services (MAS), Compliance Solutions and Employer Services International (ESI). Most recently, she was Division Vice President and General Manager of One ADP Norfolk and Louisville. During her time in this role, Norfolk and Louisville maintained high levels of associate engagement and client satisfaction. Additionally, Dianne and the leaders in Norfolk and Louisville earned the Employer of Choice status in their respective regions. Dianne earned a MBA in Management from Howard University and a BS in Economics and Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition, she sits on 5 boards –The Chrysler Museum, Greater Norfolk Corporation, Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, Norfolk State University School of Business Advisory Board and Sharron Miller Academy for the Performing Arts.
