Carolyn Fullilove

Carolyn Fullilove, PRC, CDR, CIR Carolyn Fullilove is the Diversity Recruitment Program Manager for ADP RPO. She consults with clients on Diversity and Inclusion best practices and provides comprehensive strategies to help improve diverse workforce representation. An accomplished recruiter in the retail and early childhood education industries, Carolyn has developed and executed effective recruitment strategies including high volume retail, new store openings and university recruiting. As an executive recruiter, she placed C-level and VP talent in retail and technology industries. Carolyn has her B.A. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary where she played Varsity Lacrosse. She is a SLII Certified Facilitator and holds CDR, CIR, CSSR, PRC and Lominger Leadership Architect 101 certifications.
