Rachele Collins, Ph. D., is a Client Experience Director in ADP's Strategic Advisory Services. Rachele has been conducting benchmarking and best practices research and working to help clients improve their processes and practices in various capacities for more than two decades. Her areas of expertise include process improvement, measurement, benchmarking, finance and human capital best practices, and organization development. Rachele earned a BBA with a major in marketing from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating summa cum laude. She continued her education at Texas A&M University's Graduate School of Business, earning an MBA with a concentration in finance, and went on to later earn her Ph.D. in human resource development from Texas A&M University.
