Starting in 2016, you’ll be distributing Form 1095-C to your full-time employees no later than March 31 for the previous calendar year. This form will contain information they may need to report as part of their income tax submission for the 2015 tax year. It is important to make sure your employees know what Form 1095-C is, when they can expect it, and what to do with it—so you both can avoid headaches and extra paperwork.
