Forms W-2, 1099, and 1095-C
Form W-2 and 1099: What are the deadlines?
- Before or on December 31: Verify the W-2 shipping address for the company
- Second and third week in January: W-2 and 1099 Delivery
- January 31: Deadline to distribute W-2s and 1099s to your employee and contractors
What are the deadlines for Form 1095-C?
- January 31: Deadline to distribute Form 1095-C to your employees and other applicable individuals
- March 31 if filing electronically (or February 28 if filing by paper): Deadline to file Forms 1095-C and 1094-C with the IRS

Agency Notices
Former ADP Clients with Agency Notice?
If you are a former ADP tax filing client and have an agency notice please send it directly to taxnoticesetup@adp.com. They will create a tracer and work with the federal, state, or local tax agency on your behalf. For any other items please contact your previous service center.

Payroll Schedule
Can payroll be run on a bank holiday?
Yes. ADP Payroll Service Centers are open every day of the year. Please note, due to some financial institutions’ holiday schedules, funds for your employees may be impacted. Please adjust accordingly to prevent delays.
