Register as New User Forgot User ID
Activation
You will receive your User ID in an email. When you have received the email, go to https://checkprint.pss.adp.com, and click Please click here to logon. On the login page, enter the User ID, and click Submit to begin the registration process.
Employee Registration
On the login page, enter your User ID, and click Submit. Then follow the instructions to register.
Administrator Registration
On the login page, enter your User ID, and click Submit. Then follow the instructions to register.
Problems Logging In
If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following:
Forgot Password
On the login page, type your User ID and click Submit. On the password page, click Forgot your Password? and answer a series of security questions to reset your password.
Forgot User ID
Select Forgot Your User ID? and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions. Then, your user ID will be displayed and you can log in to the application.
What To Do if You Are Locked Out
After three unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked. Please contact PSSAccountManagement@adp.com or call 866-371-6914 for further assistance.
