The report identifies vendors that are Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators, or Major Players and analyzes their ability to deliver immediate benefits and meet their client’s future requirements. ADP’s overall capacity to meet current and future client needs has helped them remain as a leader in this report.
With the NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT), strategic sourcing managers have the ability to assess vendors across a range of criteria and business situations identifying the best performing vendors overall, with a specific focus on multi-country payroll services, payroll services in Asia Pacific, and the small to medium business (SMB) market in North America.
