ISG named ADP an Overall Leader for ADP Lyric HCM and ADP Workforce Now in its HCM Suites Buyers Guide 2025 evaluation. In addition, ADP has been positioned as a Customer Experience Leader and Exemplary for performing the best in meeting the overall Product and Customer Experience requirements.

ISG evaluates vendors in two axis – Product Experience and Customer Experience. There are 5 criteria for the Product score and 2 criteria for the Customer Score. ADP has been named a Leader for Adaptability, Usability and TCO/ROI.
