Doreen Coles

Doreen Coles, Senior Director of Career Growth & Development, is part of the Talent Center of Excellence in Global HR at ADP. In that role she is responsible for crafting and executing the career strategy for ADP employees enterprise-wide, across the globe. Doreen began her ADP career in 2005 when she applied for her mother's job. Doreen's mom was about to retire after 33 years. While Doreen didn't get her mother's job, she did find her way into the organization as a client services leader for major accounts. A stretch assignment changed her career, enabling Doreen to step into a newly created role (what she described as her dream job) on the ADP career growth and development team. Her daily work includes consulting with leaders and HR partners, advising employees, imagining and developing technology, speaking externally, and creating and delivering resources - all in service of enabling employees' career growth and development. Doreen is a mom of four (one in Heaven), a wife, and a singer in her church band. She loves to start things from scratch and to connect people with who and what they need to accomplish their career and growth objectives.
