Getting started
Already have an ADP user ID and password?
If you already have a user ID and password for any of the following ADP products, you can activate your ADP Mobile Solutions account by logging in using the same info:
- ADP Employee Self Service
- ADP Resource®
- ADP TotalSource®
- ADP Vantage HCM®
- ADP Workforce Now®
- ADP Enterprise HR®
- PayStatements
- RUN Powered by ADP®
Don't have an ADP user ID or password?
Go to New User Registration and follow the instructions to create your user ID and password.
Employees outside the U.S. and ADP GlobalView
Check with your HR administrator to see if you are eligible for ADP Mobile Solutions.
System requirements
The latest version of ADP Mobile Solutions is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Users must have a mobile device running iOS v15+ or Android™ v8+
Logging in
Forgot user ID Or password
Go to Forgot User ID or Password to retrieve your user ID or reset your password.
What to do if you are locked out
Go to Forgot User ID or Password and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have retrieved your user ID, you will no longer be locked out.

Payroll / HR administrators using RUN Powered by ADP® Mobile Payroll app
If you are already a RUN Powered by ADP Client, get the RUN Powered by ADP® Mobile Payroll app and then log in using the same user ID and password you use to log into the RUN Powered by ADP web application.
