Brian Michaud

President, Smart Compliance Solutions & Human Resources Outsourcing

Brian Michaud is President of ADP’s Smart Compliance Solutions and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Services. In this role, he is responsible for leading ADP’s Employment Tax, Tax Credits, Health Compliance, Wage Garnishments and Unemployment Claims services and solutions. Michaud is also responsible for leading ADP® Comprehensive Services, a market-leading HR business process outsourcing solution, and ADP TotalSource®, one of the largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) in the United States, serving more than 700,000 client employees.

The organizations he leads are focused on helping businesses manage their people, while giving them tools to attract and retain top talent, mitigate employment risk, gain operational efficiencies, and control cost.

Michaud started with ADP in 1991 as a sales representative in Small Business Services. He joined ADP TotalSource in 1999 and contributed to the rapid growth and expansion of the organization throughout the United States. During his tenure, he has held various roles of increasing responsibility in sales, operations, and service leadership.

Michaud is a former member of the board of directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fairfield University.
