Chief Human Resources Officer

Paul is Chief Human Resources Officer at ADP. In this role, Paul leads ADP’s Global HR organization responsible for cultivating and driving key human capital management practices which underscore our commitment to our values driven culture, an unwavering dedication to associate and business growth, and strong focus on building high engagement across our approximately 60,000 associates around the world delivering mission critical services to our clients every day.

Joining ADP in 2017, Paul has designed and delivered effective HR strategies and initiatives which support the achievement of strategic business outcomes and company goals. Prior to his current role, Paul served as SVP of HR for Employer Services International, leading ADP’s international HR operations, people and talent management efforts. His supportive coaching style and commitment to employee development and engagement have been honed through his global experiences, across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America. He helped to build strong and talented teams across the portfolio, driving key diversity and inclusion initiatives and advancing leadership opportunities for underrepresented groups.

Before joining ADP, Paul spent more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries bringing global commercial business acumen to this position through senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, general management and HR.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiology & Biochemistry and a PhD in Nephrology.
