David Foskett

President, Global Sales

David Foskett is President of Global Sales for ADP. In this role, he leads a team focused on helping businesses of all sizes achieve success by providing tailored HCM solutions designed to meet the unique challenges facing today’s global workforce.

Before this role, David served as Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales (GES) and Employer Services International (ESI), helping U.S. and multi-national organizations find the right HCM solutions. In this role, he managed a modern buyer transformation to help buyers meet their evolving needs. He successfully aligned multi-year growth strategies with tactical sales delivery programs while overseeing the execution of key strategic projects. Appointed as a Corporate Officer in 2021, David remains committed to aligning ADP’s offerings with buyers’ needs to drive continued growth. He has a keen focus on building a diverse and inclusive leadership team to empower and develop talent across all levels.

Previously, David served as the Senior Vice President of ESI Sales for six years, where he was responsible for delivering global sales in over 140 countries and fostering strong partnerships across the business.

David joined ADP in 2004 and has held various sales management and general management roles across the business. Just six years after beginning as a District Manager for the UK, he was promoted to DVP Sales and Marketing, where he oversaw double-digit sales growth and helped the business become a leading HCM solutions provider in the UK market. In 2014, David took on the role of General Manager for the UK and Ireland, leading the service and operations teams and overseeing successful product launches across ADP’s global portfolio.

Prior to joining ADP, David held a variety of roles with companies including Blick (now Stanley Security), M:Drive Ltd, and Sun Microsystems. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University in the UK.
