As an accounting professional, how can I switch my clients to ADP payroll?

It is very easy to transition your clients to ADP’s payroll and HR solutions. To get started, simply fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page and we’ll connect you with your very own dedicated ADP sales associate. You can also log in to our free Accountant ConnectSM - platform and click “Start Payroll Client” to onboard a new client to RUN, or refer them directly to your dedicated ADP sales associate.

What are my options for referring my clients to ADP?

Because no two accounting firms are the same, we’ve built flexibility into our partnership model so you can choose the one that works best for you. Whether you want to process payroll for your clients using our RUN for Partners solution, get rewarded for referring your clients or even hand off payroll duties altogether, we can accommodate you.

How much time will the transition take?

How quickly you switch your clients to your new payroll provider depends on your and your clients’ priorities, the services your clients are using and how quickly you can access the required data. With ADP, some customers can be up and running the same day, while others choose to make the transition over a period of weeks. Services beyond payroll may take longer to set up. Regardless, a well-done transition should never disrupt your payroll process.

How will ADP service my firm and my clients once we switch providers?

Our Accountant HelpDesk has got your and your clients’ backs. You’ll have access via phone or email to dedicated payroll experts who are specially trained to support professionals like you.
